On this episode of The Business of Show Business Jamie talks to Lisa Douglas, a Talent Executive and Celebrity Producer with over 20 years' experience producing and casting talent for TV across factual entertainment, entertainment and daytime shows for all the major broadcasters in the UK.

Lisa has worked on shows such as ‘Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway’, ‘Parkinson’ and ‘This Morning’.

In 2018 Lisa joined the team at Comic Relief where she cast and produced the celebrities for the Kilimanjaro climb for ‘Red Nose Day 2019’.

Lisa share's her wisdom and advice for those wanting to get into TV as well as the benefits of networking and wearing something bright ;)
