The Freelancer's Toolkit

On this episode I go through the freelancer's toolkit.

Skills you need and skills you may have that you don't realise you have.

The title of this episode was initially inspired by a panel and Q&A I was invited to be on as a guest expert a little while ago by Mousetrap Theatre Projects. However, lately I have been asked some similar questions or have been asked to speak on other guest panels about utilising our skills so I thought my podcast would be a great place to share that with everyone.

On this episode I talk about the entrepreneurial skills all creatives, performers and freelancers have, even if they are unaware they have them.

The importance of mentoring and how every creative needs a mentor, coach or someone to inspire them and also keep them in check.

As well as tackling networking, goal setting, seizing opportunities and creating your own as well as setting your own work parameters.

Other episodes mentioned to listen to for reference:

Episode one - Marketing for Creatives

Episode three - Online presence
